Consultation.

Your first appointment will be a discussion with a Freehab clinician to help us understand your condition and get to know more about you. We’ll work together to set goals, find out what you want to achieve and figure out how Freehab can help you get there.

Your Rehab Plan.

Based on the information from your consultation and your goals, we’ll design you a personalised rehab plan. You’ll be able to access the plan via your computer or an app on your phone and it will contain all the instructions you need. It also has handy instructional videos to take you step by step through your rehab.

Check-in.

We’ll schedule a second video consultation with you halfway through your programme. This is a progress check-in to make sure you’re moving in the right direction. It also allows us to advance or tweak your programme depending on how you’re doing.

Final Review.

This will a final video consult at the end of your rehab programme. We’ll review the progress you’ve made towards your goals and advise you on how you can keep up that progress moving forward. You’ll retain access to your rehab plan so you can continue to work on it yourself.
